Provisional capital Lahore’s Traffic Police department has launched a radio channel named Rasta FM 88.8 for the citizens which broadcasts very informative programs for its listeners regarding traffic rules and road safety.
Most interesting thing in this radio is that the RJs and presenters of these broadcasts are those graduated traffic wardens which were hired 2 years back in traffic police department.

Sialkot police arrested a factory owner and file a case against him and his eight workers in the charge of printing stamps of “Allah Ho Akbar” on footballs. According to details the owner of a factory named Clifton Sports Bilal Tahir was preparing footballs with stamps containing word Allah Ho Akbar” on them, these footballs were prepared to send to Europe.

Police caught a 19 to 20 years old suicide bomber from Dera Ismail Khan, the boy named Shakeel was supposed to attack on Latoo Faqeer Mosque during Friday prayers. His partner ran away.

Just look at these three policemen riding on one bike, what kind of example they are setting for public? At one side citizens have to pay heavy fines due to traffic rule violations and on other hand there is no one to fine these policemen.

I am not sure if it is true but I heard it many times that traffic police does not hesitate to take illegal money from people in the form of EIDI, this cartoon is also referring to this issue.
