Justice Iftikhar welcomed by Attorneys and lawyers

Thousands of Attorneys, lawyers, members of political parties’ and people from civil societies gathered at Benazir Bhutto International Airport on Friday and warmly welcomed disposed chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry after his return from 12 days U.S visit.

During his visit to the US, the deposed chief justice received the Harvard Law School “Medal of Freedom” and lifetime membership of the New York City Bar Association. Rawalpindi-Islamabad lawyers observed courts’ boycott on Friday.
Islamabad’s Benazir Bhutto International Airport was fully crowded by lawyers who were raising slogans of “Go Zardari Go” and “Chief Zindabad”.

India accused Pakistan for Mumbai Attacks without investigation

Number of victims in Mumbai attacks reached almost 125 and as usual India blamed Pakistan for it without any investigation. Mumbai police chief Hassan Gafoor said more than 125 people had died. “The situation is very fluid and the toll could rise further,” he told AFP.
The main Bombay Stock Exchange was closed until further notice, as were shops, schools and businesses.
England’s cricketers abandoned their ongoing one-day series against India and opted to fly home.
Prime Minister Singh said the aim had clearly been to spread panic by choosing high profile targets and “indiscriminately killing foreigners.”

Terrorism attacks rocked Mumbai killed 100

India’s financial capital Mumbai rocked by Terrorism attacks on Wednesday as coordinated serial explosions and indiscriminate firing incidents are recorded in  nine areas across Mumbai including the crowded CST railway station, two five star hotels, Oberoi and Taj, Almost 100 people are declared dead and over 900 are injured.

3 Blasts once again rocked Lahore

Three serial blasts rocked Lahore on Saturday night and two of them took place at Punjab Arts and Language Center, also known as Punjabi Complex, and another near Alhamra Cultural Complex at Gaddafi Stadium.
Blasts were of low-intensity so it did not cause any loss of human lives only three people got injured.

Polling in Indian Occupied Kashmir on Nov 17

Clashes have been observed in Indian Occupied Kashmir during polling. Muslim freedom fighter (Mujahedeen) groups blocked polling stations and shouted anti-election slogans as they protested Indian rule and alleged voter intimidation.
