A new discovery has been made by a group of researchers at University of Edinburgh to slow down or stop diseases like multiple sclerosis and cancer.
This would be called a genetic treatment of cancer and the team found hundreds of genes interacting and they will now try to find weak spots to halt tumour growth.

Exoplanet researchers discovered a new earth-like planet and named it Gliese 581 e, the planet Gliese 581 e is about twice the mass of our Earth. It has been discovered with the HARPS spectrograph attached to the 3.6-meter ESO telescope at La Silla, Chile.
