Price expiry date and ingredients made compulsory to mention on products

Government of Pakistan has made it compulsory to mention consumer price, expiry date and ingredients on all those products which are being made in Pakistan for Pakistani citizens.
If any product produced after 30 June 2009 without having these things mentioned, then cases will be file against such companies. This strategy has been implemented to enhance the quality of Pakistani products.
Media campaign will also be launched after some days to develop awareness in general public and to control Food adulteration in Pakistan.

مطلب ابھی تک ہمارے ملک میں یہ قانون موجود ہی نہیں ہے۔ اسی لئے اکثر اشیاء پر محدب عدسہ لیکر بھی ایکسپائری ڈیٹ ڈھونڈے سے نہیں ملتی۔ شکر ہے حکومت کو اس بات کا خیال تو آ گیا
