Newspaper cartoon on Obama’s policy on Afghanistan and Pakistan

This funny newspaper cartoon shows the scenario after the change of policy from U.S. President Obama for Pakistan and Afghanistan.
The news is wandering around that Obama has decided to change the policy for both Afghanistan and Pakistan and he will put down previous policies and will implement the new ones. On the other hand he is thinking of sending more troops to Afghanistan and he also allowed more drone attacks on some parts of Pakistan.
So this is why this cartoon is showing the difference between the old and the new policies of U.S administration. Things do not seem to be change for this part of the world.
