Petrol Price reduces again by Rs 8 per liter

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has forwarded a summary to the Petroleum Ministry to reduce petrol price by Rs 8 per liter, diesel by Rs 5 per liter and the prices of other petroleum (POL) products by 5 percent. Sources told that new prices would be imposed from Monday (December 1st), adding that the ministry had amended the summary and sent it to the Finance Ministry for final approval. The ministry has suggested a reduction in petrol price by Rs 6 per liter, in diesel by Rs 4 and in other POL products prices by 5 percent. Final decision in this regard would be taken today (Nov 30).
