November 23rd, 2008 by The Online Reporter

Three serial blasts rocked Lahore on Saturday night and two of them took place at Punjab Arts and Language Center, also known as Punjabi Complex, and another near Alhamra Cultural Complex at Gaddafi Stadium.
Blasts were of low-intensity so it did not cause any loss of human lives only three people got injured.
The 10-day long festival was being organized by the Rafi Peer Theater Workshop (RPTW). The festival has brought together 16,000 artistes from 85 countries providing chance to locals to experience a variety of art forms.
It seems that the purpose of these blasts is to create panic in Lahore and to stop Indian cricket team from their upcoming tour.
