Taliban are looking for negotiation

Taliban spokesman Molvi Omer showed Taliban’s intention to have a word with government of Pakistan. He said that they will lay down their arms if military stops operation against them.
Pakistan army is conducting operations at major scale in Sawat and Bajour to wipe-out Taliban and al qaeda from Pakistan, and this seems to be the success of government that these militants are talking about surrendering and are willing to negotiate with government without any conditions.
